Welcome to C.T.S. Sports Shipping Policy section. Here, we aim to provide clear information about our shipping methods, packaging, and costs. We believe in transparent communication to build trust and ensure our customers' loyalty.
C.T.S. Sports is as of 2026 beginning our journey and learning as we go. That being said we fully intend to assist every customer in a timely manner. Mistakes will be made in the along the way including long wait times due to limited staff, mispacked orders etc. These obstacles are part of the the journey and we thank you for your patience with us
We intend to keep shipping cost as standard to market value as possible. We will use any shipping platform necessary to get our customers what they need in a timely manner.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At C.T.S. Sports, we have a case by case Return Policy designed to guide our customers on the steps to take if they wish to return or exchange faulty new products.
The consumable products on the website or in store are not able to be returned or refunded and exchanges will be handled on a case by case bases.
The consignment or CPO items are sold as is NO REFUNDS. The consignment or CPO items are checked before selling if there is an issue comes up we can put together a work order and have the tech shop check it out(Fees and time will be added up front). Work orders must be paid in full before items are returned to customer.
If bill isn't paid within 3 weeks the product becomes the property of C.T.S. Sports LLC.
